I read in Carnivorous NIghts that the original Tasmanian forest where the thylacine lived is being logged, and exported to Japan. I wonder if the Australian goveernemnt has really learned much since the thylacine. If looks as though profit still rules. According to the book the loggers plant forest regrowth. But to ensure the survival of this, they poison animals that feed on this, like padamelans, wallibies and wombats, who die slow, painful deaths. Somebody stop this!! I think the best way is to somehow stop the logging in the first place.

Hello ThyalcineX, if my opinion is of any value, I do not think that Australian Governments have learned very much in relation to endangered species and their habitats.
